Answer: Yes, it is a true and complete translation of the files associated with the language pack. The files located in the catalog/admin/includes/languages and catalog/includes/languages. Most menus under Administration -> Configuration is in English for all languages. It's because they do not belong to the language packs, they are built into the common program files, or installed directly in the database during the installation of osCommerce.
Question: How can I pay if I do not have a PayPal account?
